1. How is my order made and processed? We design everything in-house and send all orders to our printing partners who make each order in a print on demand system.

2. What is Print on Demand (POD)? Print on Demand is a business model where products like clothing, stickers, mugs, and accessories are printed only when an order is placed. This allows for customization and reduces waste, as items are produced on-demand.

3. How long does it take for my order to arrive? Since each item is specially printed once you place your order, processing times can vary. Typically, orders are processed within 2-7 business days. Shipping times depend on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout.

4. Can I cancel or modify my order after it’s been placed? Unfortunately, once an order is placed, it immediately enters the production process. Therefore, we cannot accommodate cancellations or modifications.

5. Do you offer returns or exchanges? Due to the nature of our business model, we do not offer returns or exchanges. Each item is custom printed to order, and as such, we cannot resell returned items.

6. What if my item arrives damaged or defective? If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact shello@merpig.com within 14 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

7. Can I track my order? Yes, tracking information will be provided once your order has been shipped. You will receive an email with tracking details to monitor the status of your delivery.

8. Do you ship internationally? No, we ship to the USA. Shipping costs and delivery times may vary depending on your location.

9. Can I order multiple items with different designs in one order? Yes, you can order multiple items with different designs in one order. Each item will be produced separately according to the design specifications.

10. Do you offer wholesale or bulk discounts? Yes, we offer wholesale and bulk discounts for large orders. Please contact our sales team for more information and pricing.

11. How do I care for my printed items? For best results, follow the care instructions provided with your item. In general, machine wash cold with similar colors, and tumble dry on low heat or hang to dry for clothing items. Avoid ironing directly on the printed design.
